Drain Jetters | Hydro Jetters | Sewer Jetters

What is a Jetter?

A jetter, also sometimes called a hydro jetter or sewer jetter, is a powerful plumbing tool that uses a high-pressure stream of water to clear clogged drains and sewer lines.

What Does a Jetter machine do?

A jetter machine is a specialized piece of equipment used primarily for cleaning pipes, drains, and sewer lines. It works by using a highly pressurized stream of water to blast away blockages and debris buildup deep within your pipes.

How does the Drain Jetting process work?

A penetrating jetter nozzle, attached to a high-pressure jetter hose, is directed into the pipeline. The water pressure is gradually increased to break through the clog and restore proper drainage. Following this, a cleaning head with jets that spray in all directions is used for complete 360-degree coverage. This jetting process liquefies grease, destroys roots and debris, and leaves the pipe clean and clear.

Water jetting is more expensive than traditional methods like snaking or chemical cleaners. The cost of water jetting will vary depending on factors such as the extent of the blockage, the length of the pipe, and the service provider's rates.

Hydro Jets cost between $300 to $3000. With an average cost around $700. But costs will vary depending on if the line is residential or commercial. Residential hydro jetting a sewer line costs between $300 to $1000 while Commercial hydro jetting a sewer line costs between $600 to $3000.

Sewer jetting is worth it if you're dealing with stubborn clogs that won't budge with simpler methods. It blasts away grease, roots, and debris, leaving your pipes sparkling clean. While it might be pricier than some options, it's a powerful solution for long-term pipe health, potentially saving you money on future clogs and repairs.

Hydro jetting is an extremely powerful and effective method for cleaning and clearing pipes and sewer lines. Utilizing water pressure that can reach up to 4,000 PSI (pounds per square inch), hydro jetting can tackle even the most stubborn blockages, including grease, tree roots, and other debris.
